Golden Triangle Tractor

 
Acrylic on canvas, 24 x 36. Really wanted to create a monument from this view of the old tractor. Paid attention to light and cast shadow, but allowed alot of exaggeration of form---to create mood. Think of it as a portrait of an old, wise machine!

Big Hole valley gate

Month of June, Paula and I had an exhibition in the local bank of our "love of chrome" pieces. Paula quilts and I paint. This was great fun!

Great day on Sunday for plein air.... this is the neighbor's barn, the river is rising with spring flood. This is for the Sandpiper Gallery exhibition of award winners from last year's paint out of the Reservation. 18" x 24" acrylic latex on museum edge canvas.
