Thompson Falls river rocks series

A new series is developing, based on the wonderful rocks and stones along the Thompson River.  I love to get in close so these will be a horizonless series.  A feel of place is what I try for.......more as they develop.   acrylic on canvas 18 x 24

An evenings wander along the gravel bars at river's edge, looking down at my feet revealed that I was walking on gem stones of every colour.......at water's edge, they became diamonds of every hue....Montana!  acrylic on canvas  18 x 24
